This warranty does not limit the statutory rights of consumers as defined by applicable national law, nor does it affect the rights of consumers in relation to the dealer or national distribution companies.
The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (original or copy, including the purchase date). Products that have altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers are excluded from the warranty coverage. The warranty addresses defects due to material and/or manufacturing faults present at the time of purchase and excludes damages resulting from:

If your EVE Audio product exhibits any defects during the warranty period, please reach out to the dealer from whom you purchased the item. If that dealer is no longer in operation, you can contact the nearest EVE Audio dealer for assistance. Should the device be used in a country different from where it was purchased, repairs may be handled by the EVE Audio distributor in that country, with the repair costs incurred by the requester. This also applies to any international shipping costs to and from the original dealer. However, the necessary parts for repair or replacement will be provided free of charge.
